2010 SPRING SEASON 12 WEEK MEMBERSHIP

12-week SPRING CSA SHARE
  • Total cost of Spring Share is $240 for 12 weeks
  • A 50% deposit ($120) is required to reserve membership, balance due by Mar. 15, 2010
  • A copy of this application and a signed copy of CSA Agreement are required to reserve any share. Go to Agreement
  • Checks should be made payable to Suzanne Ballard and mailed to 1420 Belk Rd., Mt. Ulla, NC 28125
  • Any checks made out to New Moon Farm will be returned
  • Application/Agreement received without deposit or payment will not secure membership
      • Pickup information:
      Pick up will be at the Davidson Farmer's Market Saturdays 8 a.m. until Noon
      First pick up is tentatively the first Saturday in April.
